Root-Cause Nutrition Counselling
Support Built Around You
Not a Protocol
Work With Me
For some people, the program is the right place to start. For others, what’s needed first — or alongside it — is a more direct, one-on-one conversation.
That’s why I offer a small number of 1:1 functional nutrition sessions, designed for people who want support applied directly to their pattern, their history, and their current terrain — not a generalized approach.
Sessions are conducted virtually, and I intentionally work with a limited number of clients at any given time. That’s what keeps the support genuinely individual, not stretched thin.

The Three-month package: (Best Value)
Three focused sessions that turn guesswork into a clear plan.
This package includes three sessions, spaced 3–4 weeks apart. If it’s easier for your schedule, you can book all three upfront.
Why the spacing? Because real patterns only show up with consistency. One session gives you a snapshot — three sessions, spread over time, let us actually track what’s changing and make adjustments that mean something.
After the three sessions, you’re not locked into anything. Future check-ins can be scheduled as often (or as rarely) as you need.
Session 1 · Getting the Full Picture:
Before we even meet, you’ll fill out a short, secure health intake form — this saves us time and gets me up to speed.
From there, we’ll have an in-depth conversation about your history and what you’re experiencing right now. About 1–2 weeks later, we’ll meet again to map the patterns — essentially, decoding what your body’s been trying to tell you.
By the end of this stage, we’ll have a personal baseline (your functional matrix), a clear sense of where to focus, and a set of first recommendations.
Session 2 · Check-in and Fine-tune
Time to see what’s working. We’ll talk through what you’ve noticed since starting the recommendations, and adjust as needed.
This is where things start to click — we’re no longer guessing. We’re responding to your body’s actual feedback, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Session 3 · Bring It All Together
We’ll zoom out and look at the full pattern across all three sessions — what’s shifted, what’s still sticking around, and what makes sense as your next step.
That might mean continuing with 1:1 sessions, moving into a longer program, or simply having what you need to move forward on your own.

Follow-up Sessions:
Continue at your own pace.
Healing isn’t a straight line. Your body recalibrates at its own pace — and often, what the first three sessions reveal doesn’t wrap things up neatly. It opens up new questions worth exploring.
That’s exactly what follow-up sessions are for.
Once you’ve completed the 3-month package, you can continue the work at a pace that suits you. Each follow-up session picks up right where we left off — we’ll look at what’s shifted, what hasn’t budged yet, and where your energy is best spent next.
There’s no pressure and no fixed finish line. Some clients feel complete after their three sessions. Others find that the process naturally grows into an ongoing relationship. Neither path is more “right” than the other — it’s entirely your call.

Who 1:1 Sessions Are For?
These sessions are a good fit if any of the following sound like you:
You have a complex health history. You want a practitioner’s trained eye on the full picture before diving into a program — not a generic starting point.
You’re already in Grounded Health Pathways. You’d like more personalized, 1:1 support layered on top of the program, tailored specifically to what your body needs.
You’ve tried things that haven’t worked. You’re dealing with signals or symptoms that haven’t responded to what you’ve already attempted, and you want a real root-cause read — not another guess.
Sessions are held virtually, so we can work together collaboratively across time zones — wherever you are.
Whichever of these concerns brought you here, the approach stays the same:
Root cause. Systems-based. One layer at a time.
And if you’re looking for where that approach is applied most fully, that’s the
