The Grounded Health Pathways suite follows the healing hierarchy deliberately. Each level builds on the one before it. The program does not add layers until the body is ready to receive them.

For some people, the program is the right starting point. For others, a more direct conversation is what is needed first — or alongside it. 

I offer a small number of 1:1 functional nutrition sessions for people who want personalized support applied directly to their pattern, history, and current terrain. 

Sessions are conducted virtually. I work with a limited number of clients at any one time so the support is genuinely individual.

Three-session package 

A discounted sessions package is offered in a block of three, spaced two to three weeks apart.  All three can be booked at the outset. Consistency is what allows patterns to be tracked and adjustments to be made meaningfully. 

Thereafter, sessions can be spaced apart based on individual needs.

Session 1 · Intake and Pattern Mapping

A deeper conversation about your history, your current signals, and what your body has been communicating. We establish a baseline and identify where to focus first.

Sessions are available as a standalone package or as a complement to the Grounded Health Pathways program.

Session 2 · Assessment and Adjustment

We review what you have noticed since the first session. Inputs are adjusted. The picture becomes clearer. We refine the approach around your actual response—not a generic protocol.

Session 3 · Integration and Next Steps

We read the pattern across the three sessions together. What has shifted? What remains. What is the next appropriate step — whether that is continued 1:1 support, the program, or something else entirely?

Healing is not linear. The body recalibrates in its own sequence — and what three sessions reveal often opens the next question rather than closing the conversation.

Follow-up sessions are available for clients who have completed the three-session package and want to continue the work. Each session builds on what has already been established — reassessing what has shifted, what has not, and where the next layer of support is most useful.

There is no pressure to continue and no predetermined endpoint. Some clients find three sessions is the right amount. Others find the work naturally extends into a longer relationship. Both are completely valid.
Returning clients receive a 10% discount on follow-up sessions. Sessions are 60 minutes, conducted virtually.
