Instructions:

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed leafy greens, sliced avocado, cucumber, and chopped broccoli.
  2. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the pumpkin seeds and almonds until lightly golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and let them cool.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the lemon garlic dressing.
  4. Add the toasted pumpkin seeds, almonds, dried apricots, dried prunes, and sesame seeds to the salad bowl.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat the ingredients evenly.
